I LOVE the car!!!  It is great and so fun to drive.  I have the radio pretty programed now and I am calling and getting calls on the blue tooth.  It is such a user friendly car!  I ran it through the car wash today for an exterior wash as it got dirty yesterday.  :>)) Last night we had the heated sets on and was that nice.  So I would say it is a huge hit.  Amy and her family like to too.
 
I sure enjoyed working with you, April.  You do a great job and you know your stuff!  I will stop in and see you even if I haven't any questions.

We are loving our new Kia!  I just figured out our mpg and we got about 28-29 out of the last tank.  That's ALL city driving.  Much better than the truck!  We are happy that we went with Kia for our first brand new car!  When our family gets a little bigger we will be back for a Sorrento for sure!

April, Lexi loves her Dodge Stratus.  Everything went well yesterday when they picked up the car except they were earlier than I thought and I did not have the keys out there yet so they had to come to the door for them.  A first car is something very special to a teenager.  I was very impressed with how much interest you showed Lexi by asking her what she desired in a car, she shared with her friends how you helped her find her perfect blue car.  She loves the sun roof and the multiple CD player.  You may want to prepare yourself for some other upcoming 16 year olds looking for their perfect car as she has many friends.  Thanks again.

Just wanted to drop you a note of Thanks!  We really appreciated your sales service in our quest for a new/used vehicle.  If all sales persons were as easy to work with as you, there would be a lot more cars sold these days.  Too many times you run into a sales person who wants to sell you what they think is good for you and they don't listen to your needs!  You were very patient as we roamed though and picked throught the used lot and listened to me and my husband talk about the features taht would and wouldn't work in each one...it wasn't until WE exhausted our efforts that you suggested we take a look at the KIA!  As we were walking over to it I thought in the back of my mind "there's no way we will do this, we can't afford it, we're not buying anything today, we're just looking, is he CRAZY!"  As we got there you opened it up and politely stepped back and let us check it out and as we were, you told us about the features and the cost....We were very pleased with the way you handled our shopping needs.  Not once did you pressure us or push toward something we didn't want or need. 

You were just as personable to work with on the paperwork and delivery of our NEW Kia...Which by the way....I JUST LOVE!

Again, thank you for having listened to our needs and not using High Pressure Sales.  Because, if you had, we would have gotten up and walked out.

Just wanted to let you know that we are most likely going to take the deal you are offering but need to kick around the budget to be sure the down payment money is there or that we can make the payments as you suggested, and checking on the insurance to see what the cost difference will be.  Also wanted to say thank you for working so hard on this deal for us.  I have dealt with other dealerships and can honestly say none have ever worked this quickly, and efficiently for us.  If all goes well we will definitely be back for our next vehicle purchase with you.  Even the dealership I worked at for 7 1/2 years did not try as hard as you did to make a sale.  Amazing how quickly they forget all the work I did for them for those years.  Thanks again and I hope to have our final answer for you tomorrow.  If it is a yes what else do you need from me and when would we be able to get things picked up?  Also, would the plates from our van transfer to the Mercury or would we need new plates?

They treated us very well and the entire process went by really fast.  I let them know I was pressed for time and they got us in and out in a hurry.  Tiffany loves the car!!!  You can pass this on to Management.  John and Mike were awesome!!!  I know I probably caught John off guard when I walked in but I told him what I was looking for and in a matter of 15-20 minutes I had 3 cars lined up to choose from.  I knew then that we were going to leave with one of them just by the way we were treated.  I know you don't make much off used cars but John treated it like I was buying from the showroom floor.  Mike was under the gun to get us in and out also and did a great job of carrying on a good conversation as well.  It was an overall great experience and we will come back again.

I just drove home in my new/used car and what a thrill for me. Meeting you and your Finnin/Kia Family has indeed been a pleasure, plus a learning experience for me. It's hard to buy a car when you are over 70 and not up on the latest car advances and technical issues however, your patience in educating me and spending the better part of this week finding a fit for my wants and needs has been outstanding.  When I signed my final papers and you took me to the service department to introduce me to the service people, I knew I was in good hands and my future car service needs would be taken care of.  What? they will even come to my house and get my car?  Fantastic!! Here is my feedback from our consumer experience at your dealership. As you know we live in Iowa City and have three young children, so even as long time Kia Sedona owners who knew that we wanted to purchase another Sedona, finding a dealership that had what we wanted and would treat us well was a challenge. There is no Kia dealership in Iowa City, so the closest options were: Davenport, W. Burlington, Waterloo, and Dubuque. We would have driven to Des Moines or Chicago or wherever (a little further than an hour and a half) if we had found a particularly great deal, but timing and patience are at least as important as money when you're juggling young kids in tow. I know that you personally understand this.

I did extensive research and was in touch with quite a few dealerships before we chose to buy at your dealership. Without belaboring the point, we love our 2012 Sedona LX with power package and we had a great experience with Nick Pfohl. We took a while to make our final choice and negotiate our best deal, and as I told Nick personally when we were there to finalize the purchase last Saturday, he did a great job of being patient with us rather than pushy. He respected the fact that we needed to get a bunch of factors lined up in order to make it up there and buy the new van and while he stayed in touch he didn't bug us. He's obviously a young guy just figuring out how to service customers and how to sell effectively but I think he did a really good job working with us. We would refer customers to him and to your dealership based on our experience.

The other point that I would make is that all of the email communication that Nick and I had in advance of the sale, both to negotiate the deal and the timing of our test drive (which occurred at the last minute a few weeks ago) and our purchase, really served us well when we showed up to buy last Saturday. I always hoped that the in-person experience could be shortened up considerably by getting as much done as possible in advance but this was the first time that it actually worked. He (and you) stuck to the negotiated deal when we showed up, gave us a fair price for our trade in, our questions about financing options got answered quickly, and the paperwork process was smooth. We were in and out in two hours and felt great. It was probably the best customer service experience that I've ever had in buying a car, and I've bought a few (like 10) over the years.

We came back to Finnin because of David.  He sold us a Sportage 3 years ago.  LOVE that we don't have to mess around getting several calls day after day.  We are really "bottom line" people and David helps us out with that!!

April has been very helpful through the entire process.  She has not been pushy in her tactics which has been a big player in my willingness to branch out from my current brands and try a Kia.

She has been thoughtful and carried through on what she has said.  If by chance she found out she said something in error, she took responsibility for it.  But she was very up on her knowledge.  I can tell when people make up answers, and I could tell that she didn't do that.  A made up answer is worse than no answer at all to the customer.  I'd rather some one ask someone else or dig into a question rather than providing immediate answer that may not be correct.  Anyway, she did well.

 This was my first experience with Mike Finnin, and it was personally a very good experience.

When I brought my Ford Focus here, she made certain that I could pay for my oil change at that time and told me "they can drive it in" (out of the blowing rain). She is a very good saleswoman- with communication and great customer service!

I was on vacation in Iowa and my power steering went out 2 days before it was time to come home. Ted Hingtgen from Mike Finin was very responsive and got me right in. He gave us a loaner car so we could enjoy the rest of our vacation and had my car fixed in time to head home. Ted was on top of it the whole time and KEPT US UPDATED-GREAT JOB! If I lived in Dubuque, I would buy next Ford from Mike Finnin.

If your business is anything like mine, most of the time the only time you hear from a client is when there is a problem with a product or an employee. Well, this e-mail is not one of those times. I have been buying new Fords for the business since 1981. I'm on my 12th unit and for the most part, I have had very little issues with Fords over the last 30 years. To expand on that, I have purchased (7) new pickups, vans, Expeditions, Explorers, and most recently a 2011 F150 from your store and (5) from other dealers. The two constants are the new Ford Products, the last (6) new vehicles, and Diane Noble. Diana has been my "go-to" person when I am in the market for a new vehicle. I explained to her many years ago that I do not have the time to constantly look for the "best" deal from various dealers, the individual options with the various vehicles, or to try to develop a relationship with a dealer and the sales staff. I need a "local" dealer that I can call my own and can honestly know that I will be treated with respect, courtesy, and professionalism. When I call Diane, I give her the parameters that I am looking for and she goes to work. I am sure that she was ready to pull her hair out on several instances while dealing with me, but she has always come through. The follow up phone calls, the follow up visits, just the overall concern for my complete satisfaction with the process. I would say that she is as much if not more concerned about my satisfaction with Ford as she is about making the sale. I don't want to get too long winded, but just wanted to let you know how much I enjoy working with Diana, and looking ofrward to pruchasing another new Ford in the near future.
